What We Do
We are a training company—but not in the traditional sense. Instead of delivering the training ourselves, we design and run on-site programmes that get people trained, supported, and into sustainable employment.
Our model includes:
- Waged site placements, with JBT as the PAYE employer
- Managing the enrolment process, including access to levy funds with accredited training Providers.
- Provide regular management updates on the programme’s progress to you, the host employer.
- One-to-one support throughout the apprenticeship journey
- A focus on diversity and inclusion, helping underrepresented groups access meaningful careers
